Sharpening the Focus

Fall 2012 Update

Posted by Ron Fuhrman on November 12, 2012

This last Sunday I was asked to fill in the pulpit at Nicodemus church. We love the opportunity to be with the folks out there. It is feels like our church home away from home. This weekend we will once again have the monthly Pathfinders event. Our topic this weekend will be “survival”. We have elected to teach some basic camp skills and talk about what it means to live in the world as a pilgrim. Our family is getting together Saturday afternoon and Sunday to celebrate Thanksgiving and between it all I will once again be out at the Nicodemus church for the morning service.

I recently read a Spurgeon quote that is real good. “God is too wise to be mistaken and He is too good to be unkind, so when you cannot discern His hand you can still trust His heart.”
